This would be conducted before design work or cost analysis begins.  In this phase, we consider the improvement and determine if.

• The project can be accomplished within the given property lines considering setbacks or right-of-ways;
• We can physically access the project location;
• The project can be completed within the customers time constraints.

Design Service:

• We supply preliminary drawings to assist in making final decisions on the design and scope of the project.
• The final drawings will have the necessary engineering seals for building permit applications.

Cost Analysis:

• We will determine the overall cost of the project by putting together a preliminary proposal to review with the customer.
• The cost recovery of project if and when there is a resale of the property is considered.
• The project’s cost limitations will be measured.
• The customer’s financial comfort zone will be determined.

Finance Services:

• Arrange for an initial meeting between the customer and a prospective lender, if necessary.

Construction Services:

Arrange for the:

• Pulling and filing of all permitting
• Applying for and filing the notice of commencement
• Scheduling of all subcontractors
• Schedule all necessary inspections
• Manage the overall project for quality control, customer satisfaction and timely completion from beginning to end.
